Born in Detroit, USA, Diana Ernestine Earle Ross, also known by her stage name Diana Ross, is a legendary and incredible singer and actress known for her contribution to Motown and soul music. Diana became famous as the main singer of The Supremes, one of the top vocal groups of the 1960s. Her music covers various styles like R&B, disco, and adult contemporary.

Diana is also a successful actress. Her first big role was playing Billie Holiday in "Lady Sings the Blues," which won her a Golden Globe and an Oscar nomination, making her the first African-American actress to get nominated for her first movie.
