Held in the city of Sortland, Norway, Fæsterålen is a pop and electronic music festival organized by Deadline Event since 2015. Taking place over two days at the end of August, it includes a Saturday morning event called Familiefæsterålen for children, youth, and families. Northern Norway Tourism and Widerøe have described Fæsterålen as "One of Norway's most colorful festivals." The festival attracted 5000-6000 visitors in its first year and over 7500 visitors in 2019. Initially held in Sortland's town center, it moved to Sortland Idrettspark in 2022 and expanded to two stages.
In 2023, it had about 250 volunteers. The festival was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was held in a scaled-down version called "Fæsterålen Ish" in 2021.
Over the festival editions, heavy-weight artists and groups, such as Timbuktu, Loveshack, and others, performed on the stages.
