Matt Maltese Concerts Setlist

Raised in Reading, UK, Matthew Jonathan Gordon Maltese, also known as Matt Maltese is a young singer well known for his creative style, blending indie rock, indie pop and contemporary music. Matt debuted his first single, "Even If It's a Lie," on SoundCloud in 2015. After its release, he signed with Café Bleu Recordings. In 2016, he released his follow-up EP, "In a New Bed," and the next year, in 2017, Matt dropped a single titled "As the World Caves In."

Even though Matt went viral through the Internet in the Soundcloud era, he began writing music at the early age of 14 years old. During his teenage years, he got into buying and selling vinyl records. With the money he earned, he moved to Camden, London.

Matt proved that he knows very well how to go viral on the Internet, and he uses it as a tool in his favor. In 2017, the single "As the World Caves In," which is about the fictional scenario of former UK Prime Minister Theresa May and former US President Donald Trump deciding to spend a romantic night together before triggering atomic warfare. The song went viral on TikTok in 2021 after singer Sarah Cothran covered it.

Still in the year 2021, Maltese dropped a single titled "Mystery." Then, later that year, he released another single called "Shoe," following the announcement of his third studio album, "Good Morning It's Now Tomorrow," all of which became very popular songs and elevated his spot once again.
