Milky Chance Concerts Setlist

Hailing from Germany, more precisely, from Kassel, Milky Chance is a rock band famous for the single "Down by the River," and many others. The song was such a huge success that peaked at number 14 in Germany and Europe. But their success was not only in Europe, in 2014, Milky Chance debuted at the famous night-live program, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and also toured North America on that same year. The band gained more popularity after performing in music festivals like Coachella.

The band features vocalist and guitarist Clemens Rehbein, bassist and percussionist Philipp Dausch, along with Antonio Greger and Sebastian Schmidt. Rehbein and Dausch met while they were kids, in school, in the city of Kassel. Something interesting is that they were part of a jazz group back at that time. They started to have a connection when they did some musical experiments, mixing electronic music with acoustic.

Milky Chance debuted with the album "Sadnecessary," which was released in 2013. The band toured to support the album and won the 1Live Krone award for Best Single with "Stolen Dance." Their hit single "Down by the River," was re-released one year after its official release, and even got featured in the famous soccer game, FIFA 15.

Their second album was released 4 years after their debut album. "Blossom," of 2017 was created within experiences the group had while touring. During the "Blossom" tour, they played at festivals like Osheaga, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and appeared on Conan.

The band's third album came 2 years after "Blossom," "Mind the Moon," which was recorded in Norway, was released in 2019 and had some important songs like "Daydreaming," "The Game," and "Fado." Their fourth album, "Trip Tape," came out in 2021, and "Trip Tape II" one year later.
