Known for songs with millions of streams like, "Finer Things" and "Pop Out," Taurus Tremani Bartlett, also known as Polo G, is a rapper who debuted in 2019. "Die a Legend," Polo G's first album, went double platinum, a success repeated by his next two albums. Polo G grew up in Chicago and had a life full of struggles before his success in the rap music industry. He was accepted to Lincoln University but chose to focus on music instead.

Polo G used the internet in his favor, his first song, "ODA," was released on YouTube. Polo G was part of the SoundCloud Era and also released some singles on the platform. His track "Finer Things," written while incarcerated, quickly amassed millions of views. In 2019, "Pop Out" featuring Lil Tjay reached number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100, which led the rapper to sign a huge deal with a major record label.

Only one year later after his official debut, Polo G's songs like "Go Stupid" with Stunna 4 Vegas and NLE Choppa were already on the Billboard charts. Quickly he released his second studio album, called "The Goat." With all this success, the rapper was also being featured on other rappers' projects like Lil Durk, Juice Wrld, and others.

Honored in Forbes 30 Under 30 only 3 years after his debut, Polo G released "GNF (OKOKOK)" and "Rapstar," in 2021. His third album, "Hall of Fame," released that same year, also topped the charts on Billboard. Around that same time, Polo G had a bunch of collaborations with major artists like Future, Marshmello, and NLE Choppa again. Not to mention that, Polo G's songs were super trending on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Polo G became the first rapper with all albums certified double-platinum in 2023. In 2024, he released the album "Hood Poet" and dropped the single "Sorrys & Ferraris."
