Zara Larsson Concerts Setlist

Already a decade ago, Zara Larsson informed Sweden what she could bring home "Talang" back in 2008 singing Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On." But that was hardly the last of her - a la most child stars. With early disappointments - including fruitless meetings with big labels in Los Angeles - she kept plugging along, knowing since the age of five that she was going to attain Elvis-like immortality.

Her breakthrough in 2012 arrived when she was signed to TEN Music Group. Her debut EP "Introducing" leaked on YouTube, but what could have been a setback was converted to triumph when "Uncover" reached the top of charts in Scandinavia. The song's success - 6× Platinum in Sweden - proved to her that she was more than a talent show winner.

The global scene beckoned in 2015 with "Lush Life," a pop single that emphasized her volatile voice and infectious energy. Collaborations followed, from MNEK on "Never Forget You" to Clean Bandit on "Symphony," the latter of which provided her with a UK number one. Her 2017 international debut album "So Good" did precisely that, spawning several hits and announcing her as a force in contemporary pop.

It's not just her singing that makes her stand out, though. It's her entrepreneurialism and her honesty, too. By 2022, she'd become a force to be reckoned with by launching Sommer House, her own record label, and purchasing her music catalog. Her pivot from performing at Nobel Peace Prize ceremonies to performing virtual concerts on Roblox shows that she can keep up with the times.

With 2024's "Venus" and her screen debut in Netflix's "A Part of You," Larsson isn't slowing down. The child who was medically "dead" at birth due to complications has proven herself very much alive, crafting a career that weighs commercial success and artistic growth and personal integrity.
